How it works

  • Pace = time ÷ distance
  • Time = pace × distance
  • Distance = time ÷ pace

Race presets: 5K = 5 km, 10K = 10 km, half marathon = 21.0975 km, marathon = 42.195 km. Splits show your elapsed time at each kilometre or mile if you hold an even pace.

Worked example

A 10K in 50:00 → 50 min ÷ 10 km = 5:00 per km (about 8:03 per mile). Your 5 km split would be 25:00.
